Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@naughtbrew.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
